Spanish 1 - Semesters 1 & 2

This is a fully online, self-paced course. In Spanish 1, students will engage in authentic cultural experiences while developing their abilities to interpret, present, and interact in Spanish. Through interactive activities and discussions, students will build vocabulary, improve comprehension, enhance communication strategies, and gain cultural awareness. The course focuses on basic communicative skills for Novice learners. To advance to Spanish 2, students must demonstrate a minimum proficiency level of Novice Mid. This covers the full-year, including Semester 1 and Semester 2.
