Lifetime Activities - Accredited Credit Recovery (Term 1-2)

This fully online, self-paced course offers students the opportunity to recover credit for Lifetime Activities, Term 1 by exploring various physical activities that promote lifelong health and wellness. Students will learn about the benefits of fitness, nutrition, and active living through engaging lessons and practical exercises designed to encourage personal goal setting and healthy habits. Upon successful completion, learners earn accredited credit toward graduation, with the flexibility to learn at their own pace and the support needed for academic success. This course includes 4 months of access to all materials and resources.
