Intro to Music History - Accredited Credit Recovery (Term 1-2)

This fully online, self-paced course offers students the opportunity to recover credit for Introduction to Music History, Term 1 by exploring the origins of music from prehistoric times through early civilizations. Students will learn about the development of musical instruments, early musical styles, and the cultural significance of music in ancient societies. Through engaging lessons and listening activities, learners build a foundational understanding of music history. Upon successful completion, students earn accredited credit toward graduation, with the flexibility to study at their own pace and the support needed to succeed academically. This course includes 4 months of access to all materials and resources.
